How to make the No Scrubs AI video with your friends

Each spot does something different, so pick the spots before you upload:

• Middle: the lead. The TLC letters, the elevator, the close-up and the fisheye shot from above. Put the person who'll post it here.
• Left: leans into the lens and wags a finger: "no".
• Right: squats and reaches for the fisheye lens.

All three dance together in a row for most of the video.

1. Open the generator on your phone or computer. No app, no sign-up to start.
2. Add your photo to the middle, then a friend to the left and one to the right. Or tap Use a group photo and all three fill in from left to right.
3. Swap anyone with one tap if they landed in the wrong spot.
4. Check the picture of the three of you in the video, then start the free preview. You see the first 4 seconds: the letters, the elevator, the finger wag and the close-up.

One clear selfie each, facing the camera, chest up, no sunglasses. The left friend gets an extreme close-up, so a sharp face matters most for them. A group selfie works too, as long as nobody's face is tiny in it. Only use photos of friends who are happy to be in the video.

The video comes with the song, plus a silent MP4 for TikTok's own sound; the sound guide shows where to start it. Post from one account and tag the other two, or send everyone the file so each of you posts it.
