No Scrubs AI faces don't look like you? How to fix it

With 12 hard cuts, any drift in a face shows. The photo is usually the cause: use one sharp, front-facing photo per person, chest up, no sunglasses or filters. The free preview shows the finger wag and the lead close-up, so you can check before paying.

Why faces come out wrong

  • Small faces. A face a few pixels wide leaves the model guessing in the close-ups.
  • Turned heads, sunglasses, masks, heavy filters. The model fills in what it can't see.
  • One photo for three people. Tools that take one photo for everyone tend to blend faces.
  • Many cuts. Each of the 12 shots has its own camera, so a face has to hold up from the fisheye to the close-up.

What our generator does about it

Each person's shots are made from their own photo, and it isn't a face swap: every frame is made new with Seedance 2.0, with your own hair and clothes. AI video still varies; the full video is made again from the same photos, so details can differ from the preview. A video that fails gives its credits back; one that generated doesn't.

Faces: questions

Why do faces change between shots?

Usually a small or turned face in the photo. Use one sharp, front-facing photo per person; each person's shots are made from their own photo.
